Duties and Responsibilities:
Teaches occupational preparatory classes within a career and technical education program. Classes are currenlty building a house.
Performs other duties as required.
Minimum Requirements:
8000 hours (approx. 4 years) of appropriate work experience, two of which must be in the last five years; OR
Must hold the Rank III Kentucky teaching certificate in the subject area to be taught; OR
Must hold a Kentucky Statement of Eligibility in the subject area to be taught.
Must be able to pass the Carpentry NOCTI test with a score of 58 or higher.

Applicant can be hired without the having taken the test, but must pass at the next available testing period.
Salary commensurate with years of teaching experience and rank.
This position is for the remainder of the 2017-2018 school year working 185 days per year (prorated). Start date ASAP.
